Limbic system overactivation seems to effect chemical, EMF sensitivities. It effects anxiety, depression. Basically your brain gets stock in flight-fight-freeze and you have to train it to stop being hyperreactive.

Increasing serotonin often helps
Low vitamin D is often a factor in this lack of serotonin
Inositol helps also (3 times a day) titrate up the dose (else might get stomach upset) (best on patients with anxiety and intrusive thoughts) (inositol powder is better for dosing) (inositol works through helping serotonin function more effectively)
Bipolar patients with OCD should take a lower dose of inositol than you normally would
75% respond partially to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
A ketogenic diet can help 
Lithium can help
NAC can help over a few months (N Acetyl Cysteine)
