Melatonin (most effective dose 0.3mg, 1mg is also okay). Helps sleep almost as much as a sleeping pill (Ambien) (try not to take more than 1mg as it will effect your alertness the next day)
Hydroxybutyrate cures insomnia (now banned (wrongly)) (need to lookup studies)
Black cumin helped sleep a lot, ashwagandha also helps sleep (both also helped stress)
